*If you wish to change the number of people, no cancellation fee will be charged until 12:00 on the day of the reservation. After that, a cancellation fee equivalent to the course fee will be charged.

*If you make a reservation for a private event, the following cancellation fees will apply.

1 month before: 10% of the total amount (number of people in the reservation x course fee + consumption tax)

20 days before: 20% of the total amount

10 to 2 days before: 40 to 80% of the total amount (5% increase every day)

The day before: 90% of the total amount

On the day (including cancellation without notice): 100% of the total amount
